This dream was very powerful and when I woke up I knew it was from Yahweh. After praying about it through the week I also preached about its message in my assembly, and am including the gist of those notes here as well.

There were a man and a woman talking, and the woman was speaking about revival. She was saying,

"Isn't it great how it's happening all over the world?"

as though it was spontaneous, without any regard for people's actions; thinking it was something God was choosing to do wherever He chose.

The man disagreed and replied,

"No, it's simply a common experience shared by a group of people in a single location."

In other words, it's not spontaneous, but it's the reality of a group of people all experiencing the same thing in one place.

I knew in the dream that the man's words were right, and this led directly to the second part of the dream:

I had an overview of a grassy area, where many people clothed in white were seated around a tall, silver pole in the middle of the group. Next to the pole was an older man also dressed in white, who was seating the pole securely in the ground.

There was the aura of a Utopia, that this was the pinnacle of life, that these people were experiencing all there was in life.

Immediately in the dream, I sort of both heard and knew the following about the group of people, that it represented God's people and came about from them understanding and experiencing the following:

1. The Father had given them authority and power, along with everything else they needed.
2. The Son was their new identity, and in Him there was no condemnation, or lack of anything necessary.
3. Those two truths, personally experienced by the people, enabled them to do one thing together: wait upon the Holy Spirit in prayer, which led to God moving unrestricted in their lives, not only individually, but together as His Assembly.

That was the vehicle through which so-called "revival" came: experiencing the truth of the first two points, which allowed them to focus upon the third point.

This dream had such an anointing upon it, which carried over when I preached the message to my assembly. It was so simple, yet so powerful and liberating.

It showed that "revival" was not some arbitrary thing that God chose to do randomly across the world in different ages, but was a simple result of His people living out the truth of His revelation in scripture.

As I prayed about the dream, I was able to further interpret what I saw.

The important precursor of the dream was that this was a matter of Yahweh's people being united. They had come together for this purpose, but only after they had both individually and corporately experienced those first two truths.

1. They had received from the Father both authority and power. Those were the two words associated with the Father. They had been given new life from the Son, the authority to become children of God by receiving His Son and believing in His Name. They had also received power from Him by being baptized into His Holy Spirit.
2. The Son was their new identity. They were no longer their old selves. But together they were the Body of Christ. In Him there is no condemnation. There was no consciousness of sin anymore now that they were mindful of their new place in Jesus. Because of that knowledge and experience they were not caught up in the anxieties of sin and fear of judgment or punishment but were able to place their focus elsewhere. By reason of their new identity in the Lord, they had perfect confidence before the Father.
3. Because of these two things they had both the ability and the opportunity to focus upon one thing: the Holy Spirit, through His prayer. As I had received in another dream, the Holy Spirit's message to me, and also to all His people, is simply, "Listen to Me."

This corresponds with the teaching of the apostle Paul:

¹⁷And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; ¹⁸with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints: Ephesians 6:17-18

Hidden in the Greek here we see that we receive that sword of the Spirit (which is the Spirit Himself, and the spoken Word of God) through or by means of praying in the Spirit.

Paul also says that as we are praying in the Spirit at all times we are to do so "looking unto the Same One," namely, unto the Spirit in or with Whom we are praying.

As we pray in other languages by inspiration of the Spirit, we also look unto Him for guidance and teaching, as He told me in a dream,

"Listen to Me."

And Paul ends that though by noting that those prayers in the Spirit are for all of the saints. It is for the good of the entire group.

In this dream, the same message is repeated—this is the goal of God's people as they have come to know by experience the truths of the Father and the Son. The people of Yahweh, in each congregation around the world, should come together for the purpose of seeking the Holy Spirit, through praying in Him.

The result of this simple gathering around the Holy Spirit is that God's will is birthed. He begins to move unrestricted.

"Revival" is the result, which simple means a re-"life"ing, or a bringing back to life. It is returning to the original Life that Yahweh intended and gave to His Assembly. It is simply the execution of His will in the earth through His holy people. As they have set aside the cares of this world, having received both authority and power from the Father, walking in the freedom of living in the same Christ Who is without sin and the Beloved Son of God, they have all the time in the world to wait upon the Holy Spirit. As they pray with His help in other languages, they watch Him and God's will is done.

Revival is not a mystery or something for which we can only hope as an ideal. Revival is simply us returning to the Life that the Father gave to the Assembly. It is His working through us as we simply obey Him, receive what He has given through His Son, and look unto His Spirit for our orders. It is then that all of the things people associate with revival—mass salvations and healings, miracles, signs and wonders, the manifest presence of God—will return and become the norm of His Assembly, in all the individual assemblies around the world.

Indeed, as is seen from the beginning of the Acts of the Apostles unto the end, what we know as "revival" is simply the result of the Kingdom of God being manifest through Christ's Body upon the earth in the power of His Spirit.

Pastors, learn from the older man in the dream—make secure the Holy Spirit in the midst of your congregation. Be sure that the teaching to seek Him and to pray with His help in the new languages He gives is the focal point of your people, after they have known by experience those first two points.

Through heeding this simple message from Yahweh we can enter that Utopia for which we all long—it is indeed the goal and the norm for His people, if we will but listen and do!
